These terms apply to every purchase from Unity Network, a brand of MC Capital LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we", "us"). By buying a program you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You buy for your own personal use, not on behalf of a business.
Each program is described on our website with its sessions, format, timing and price. We deliver exactly what is listed. Prices are in US dollars and are charged as a single one time payment at checkout.
Missed sessions without 24 hours notice count as delivered. Sessions may be recorded and the recording shared with you.
Our services are coaching and education. They are not therapy, counseling, medical or psychological treatment. We do not guarantee any specific result.
We may end a program early if a participant is abusive or unsafe during sessions. In that case we refund any sessions not yet delivered.
Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which applies to every customer regardless of payment method.
Materials we share are for your personal use. Please do not resell or publish them.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program concerned.
