• Purchase details: the program you bought and payment status. Card and financing details are handled by our payment processors; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Session information you choose to share, and session recordings where applicable.
• Basic website analytics, such as pages visited.

How we use it

• To deliver your program, schedule sessions and send receipts.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To send updates you have agreed to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our payment processor (Stripe), scheduling and email tools, and video calls (Zoom). We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree, we may send appointment confirmations and reminders by text. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text messaging opt in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your information while you are a client and as long as required for tax and legal records. Email us to access, correct or delete your data.
